The worst is when my bun starts to bounce and I know a complete fall-down is imminent and I have this moment of panic like "how long will it last before I can manage to fix it?!"<br /><br />My pacing is all over the place. I can't seem to stay consistent or build toward negative splits these days. My legs just go ALL OUT and then at the end I'm too winded to continue. My legs and lungs are not in agreement right now.Ali K.https://www.blogger.com/profile/15736472530374069410noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5417693555590736116.post-17679246097497501232018-08-31T11:09:05.354-07:002018-08-31T11:09:05.354-07:00It probably seems silly to non-runners but when yo...It probably seems silly to non-runners but when your hair starts coming out of place it can completely ruin your run. After my last haircut parts of my hair couldn't fit into even a low pony. I was able to keep them up with the back of my visor if I put it tight, but on the random days it would come out and I could feel it on my neck it would DRIVE ME CRAZY and it was all I could think about and would totally ruin the run! Smart move to fix it while you had a chance! <br /><br />28:57 is amazing especially for having no goals or expectations and allowing yourself some walking breaks and to go easy in the third mile. Remember when it was a goal to go sub-30 and now you don't even have to wish for it, you just do it! Amazing! But the name is unique and I did feel like a beast out there, so it was fitting!Ali K.https://www.blogger.com/profile/15736472530374069410noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5417693555590736116.post-74025102796280790082018-08-29T16:51:16.225-07:002018-08-29T16:51:16.225-07:00Thanks Megan!
